Tai chi
The Chinese have for thousands of years been aware of a system of internal energy, which travels through pathways, or “meridians” of the body. They refer to this energy as chi.
Yoga
Yoga, when used as a form of alternative medicine is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation, practiced for over 5,000 years.
Wheelchair class
Wheelchair exercise groups have been an established part of the input at Revive MS Support for a number of years and have proved beneficial to both clients and therapists.
Art Groups
Art Groups takes place on Fridays at the Maryhill MS Centre and our Cathcart Outreach Clinic . These are informal classes involving drawing and painting from photographs and still life.
