91% of clients rate services "Excellent"
The results are now in from the anonymous surveys completed by clients at Revive MS Support's MS Centre during Summer 2008. In particular, we were heartened that 91% of clients rated the service that had received in the highest category - "Excellent".
A further 8% ticked "Good" with only 1% "OK".We are delighted (and relieved!) that the findings show high levels of satisfaction across the board, albeit there were a number of constructive suggestions and ideas for improvement, which are equally welcome.
These results point strongly to the holistic, person-centred ethos that we try to adopt in everything we do at Revive MS Support.
On the whole, we are very encouraged by the fact that the results of this survey appear to demonstrate that we do make a tangible difference to the lives of people affected by MS who use our Centre.
